Precautionary Statement Against Corona Virus (COVID-19)
To prevent the number of new infections as much as possible, Combilo has taken the following measures and communicated with its employees:
• In addition to the already strict rules within the food sector, Combilo provides extra hygiene by:
o Instruct employees to sneeze and cough in elbow
o Instruct staff members not to shake hands
o Instruct employees to wash and disinfect hands at several times a day
o Instruct employees to use paper handkerchiefs
• Third parties will no longer be granted access to our office and warehouse until further notice
• Incoming and outgoing goods are only loaded and unloaded by our own staff
• Employees who have (minor) complaints work from home as a precaution
• For the time being, everyone who has no complaints works from the office. There is currently no reason to let people work from home
• If one of our employees detects the virus, we will follow the RIVM guidelines
• Meetings with suppliers or customers are suspended until further notice
• All visits to customers and suppliers are suspended until further notice
At the moment Combilo assumes that these measures minimize the risks of further spread of the virus from the work environment to our employees, customers and relations. Combilo is prepared for additional emergency measures, which seem to guarantee the continuity of Combilo.
The situation is assessed daily and the measures are adjusted if necessary.
