"hello , first : this is not the send footage ,just few images taken for a video ( not during try or during the send ) .We can see the movement about you are talking about two times . The first time you can see the belayer don't stop the swing (the rope is "free") , the second time you are right : the swing is clearly stopped ; This is the different footage of the same movement. Second observation : the swing of this movement is a bit "Strange" even with many many "free rope" his body stop directly like we see in the first sequence in this video.
