Postanowiłem poczytać o wspinaczce po angielsku i napotkałem na takie terminy:

Thuggy climbing Steep climbing, usually
with big holds – but it can be very strenuous.

Thrutch Where climbing technique has to
be abandoned, usually in a crack or chimney,
and any part of the body used to gain upward
progress.
